Personalise
your Gift
The majority of our products (except those we sourced elsewhere around the world) can be custom-made/personalised for your specific needs. There is no extra fee for customisation unless additional materials are used for your order. A small charge may occur if material upgrades are required.
Making
your Personalised Order
You may make your purchase directly on our website and leave a special note to us for any customisation request when checking out. You may also contact us via email for personalising your gift. We will email you an invoice for payment and delivery details once confirmed. All pre-order handmade items will take at least 2 working days to be finished unless otherwise. You will be notified once your order has been shipped.
