In the unlikely event that you would like to have your purchase returned or refunded, please contact us via email at hello@wellvoyaged.com. You have 30 days from the purchase date of your order to return your purchase on wellvoyaged.com/shop at your own expense.

Returns & Refund:
Please send us an email at hello@wellvoyaged.com with your order number and notify us of your return. Please ensure that the item is returned within the 30 days limit from your purchase date.

Items must be returned to us in original state without signs of usage and a re-saleable condition with all tags and packaging attached.

Pre-order, handmade, tailor-made, customised and personalised products are not eligible for Returns & Refund unless stated.

Please note that due to hygiene reasons, earrings, swimwear and any other personal goods are also non-refundable.

All sales / products in promotions are not refundable.

Buyers are responsible for the return postage. It is recommended to return the items via a trackable delivery service and keep a postage proof for further reference.

You will be entitled to a full refund in case faulty, damaged or inaccurate products have been delivered to the recipient. We will not be able to issue a refund without any photographic proof of such items.

For all international orders, if you return an item in a bulk order that is eligible for a free delivery, you will then have to pay back a flat shipping rate at HK$200. In such a case, the delivery charge of HK$200 will be deducted from your refund.

Your refund will be issued to you back to the original payment method in 3-5 business days once we receive the item(s) and we will then send you an email confirmation when it has been done.
